Boot Camp Sessions: Generally What to Expect

  • Brief warm up stretch

  • Slow and easy start-up jog

  • Strength & cardio exercises throughout the jog 

  • Choices given for different exercises (ie. jumping jacks or frog leaps)

  • Modification options of exercises to meet fitness level (ie. decline push ups or knee push ups)

  • Full body workout

  • Brief cool down period

  • Available after for questions, consultation, and general feedback
